| We went on another bike ride last Wednesday. We rode from Dinosaur Park to Fort Buenaventura, about 5 miles. This is a road that has been washed away. |
About 25 yards from our car, the end of the bike ride, Aurora hit a stick. She fell over the handle bars flat on her face, bending her glasses. She seemed to be ok right at first besides the normal crying. A few minutes later she started behaving weird. She had a concussion. We decided it would be best to get her head checked out even though she was wearing a helmet. The doctor had a ct scan done and luckily everything came back normal. She doesn't remember most of the bike ride. Thank goodness this experience has not stopped her form riding her bike.
