Around 5:15 Friday evening we were cleaning up dinner. Logan pulled out the dinning room bench and knocked it over on his fingers. He cut his middle finger open and banged up his ring finger also. We took him to the ER to get stitches. They took a few x-ray's and found that he broke the top of his middle finger. Because of his age they decided to just glue his middle finger shut and they made a hole in his ring finger nail to take away some of the pressure. We got home a couple of hours later. Then his finger started bleeding again through the bandage. While I was on the phone with the ER to see if we could come back and have them stitch it Logan pulled open our bottom drawer in the kitchen and stood inside to get my cup of hot chocolate. He dumped it all over him and the drawer and floor. Luckily the hot chocolate wasn't hot enough to burn him.The ER said we could come back but we'd be charged again. We decided to butterfly it for now. We will see what it looks like on Monday and maybe take him to his doctor to get stitches if necessary.By the way we already have to keep our dinning room chairs on the table so he can't climb on them. He is one very busy boy.
