Aurora's Build a Bear

Buddhist Temple

We spent most of Saturday down in Salt Lake. Aurora went to Build a Bear at the Gateway with the girls scouts and all the girls got to build a bear because of the awesome job they did selling cookies. Then we went to the Japanese festival that was going on close by. After that we had lunch at the Great and Spacious Mall ( City Creek). It was a long but fun day.

Girl Scout Derby

Aurora had her first derby as a girl scout. She came in 7th out of about 30 cars. She is trying to make a 7 in the picture but it is backwards.

Bike Ride

We decided to take advantage of the beautiful spring weather and take a family bike ride. We had such a lovely time and are looking forward to many more family bike rides this summer. Logan is really looking forward to hiking to the top of the mountain.

Easter

We had a wonderful Easter this year. Sunday started with the kids finding their Easter baskets. Later that day we colored eggs and had an Easter egg hunt. Logan is really good at finding his eggs and the other kids eggs.

Spring Ice Skating Show

Sorry it is so blurry. Aurora was able to dance in the spring show at the ice sheet a couple of weekends ago. They had a 2 night performance and Aurora loved all the additional time we spent at the rink in March.

Science Fair

Avery did a great job putting together his first science fair project. He tested 4 different batteries and found that Duracell lasts the longest.
